Arguments
- con
a `DoltliteConnection`.
- upstream
the branch to replay onto.
- interactive
start an interactive rebase, which populates the
`dolt_rebase` plan table for editing with ordinary SQL.
- continue, abort
finish or abandon an interactive rebase.
